Methyl-labeled diuron was prepared by the reaction of 3,4-dichlorophenyl- isocyanate with C 'labeled dimethylamine.Substituted urea derivatives were prepared by reacting 3,4-dichlorophenyl isocyanate with amino acids, dipeptides, histamine. The R- and S-isomers and RS-racemate of MBPU were synthesized by allowing equimolar quantities of 3,4-dichlorophenyl- isocyanate

Anwendungen
Methyl-markiertes Diuron wurde durch die Reaktion von 3,4-Dichlorphenylisocyanat mit C ′″-markiertem Dimethylamin hergestellt. Substituierte Harnstoffderivate wurden durch Reaktion von 3,4-Dichlorphenylisocyanat mit Aminosäuren, Dipeptiden, Histamin hergestellt. Die R- und S-Isomere und das RS-Racemat von MBPU wurden synthetisiert, indem äquimolare Mengen von 3,4-Dichlorphenyl-isocyanat zugelassen wurden.

Löslichkeit
Es hydrolysiert in Wasser.

Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Geschützt vor starken Oxidationsmitteln, Feuchtigkeit, Wasser, Aminen und Alkoholen lagern.
