2-Chloro-4H-1,3,2-benzodioxaphosphorin-4-one is a reagent used in phosphorylation and phosphitylation of alcohols and in the formation of H-phosphonates. It is also reactive cyclic phosphitylating reagent involved in fast coupling rates and hydrolytic cleavage more readily compare to that of a acyclic analog.

Anwendungen
2-Chlor-4H-1,3,2benzodioxaphosphorin-4-on ist ein Reagenz, das bei der Phosphorylierung und Phosphylierung von Alkoholen und bei der Bildung von H-Phosphonaten verwendet wird. Zudem ein reaktives zyklisches Phosphitylierungsreagenz, das im Vergleich zu einem azyklischen Analogon, einfacher in schnelle Kupplungsraten und hydrolytische Spaltung involviert wird.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Acetonitril, Dichlormethan, Tetrahydrofuron und Dimethylformamid.

Hinweise
Licht- und wärmeempfindlich. Nicht verträglich mit Wasser und starken Oxidationsmitteln.
