1,2-Propanediol monomethyl ether acetate is used as a solvent for paints, inks, lacquers, varnishes, cleaners and coatings. It is also used as a solvent for degreasing circuit boards and in food contact applications. Further, it is used in photoresist formulations in the semiconductor industry.

Anwendungen
1,2-Propandiol Monomethylethylacetat wird als Lösungsmittel für Farben, Tinten, Lacken, Reinigern und Beschichtungen verwendet. Es wird auch als Lösungsmittel für die Entfettung von Leiterplatten und für Anwendungen mit Lebensmittelkontakt verwendet. Darüber hinaus wird es in Fotolackrezepturen in der Halbleiterindustrie eingesetzt.
